The location was very convenient with easy access to transportation. Kings cross station was close. the staff was helpful with directions. the room offered tea and coffee making facilities, useful. i found a fridge inside the room to store drinks.
My room was small though i knew that beforehand. the bathroom lacked shampoo, soap, or shower gel. It was just bare. the placement of sockets in my room was also poor. It was inconvenient.
